Where do you ship to?

I am currently offering shipping only within Canada at the moment. However, if you are elsewhere, reach out, and we can figure something out! There is also an option for local pickup within “Victoria”.

What if my ceramics arrive damaged?

Ceramics are fragile by nature, and I take care to wrap and ship each piece with great care. If something arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact me, and we'll work together to find a solution.

How to best care for your new ceramics?

To ensure the long life of your new piece, I suggest handwashing after each use. All my ceramics are dishwasher safe, but gentle things can live longer with a little extra TLC.
